Dirk Schaap and Anneke van Drunen and their children |
Emigrants Bastiaan and Rocus van Drunen had an elder sister Maaike van Drunen. They were children of Lucas van Drunen (1751-1808) and Dingena Voordendag (1757-1828). Those 3 siblings were married to 3 siblings, children of Antonie Snoek and Anneke van Krugten (see diagram below). The marriage of Rocus van Drunen and Adriana Snoek may have remained childless. Maaike van Drunen (1788-1868) and Cornelis Snoek (1783-1821) had 6 children. Their youngest son Leendert Snoek (1820-1902) married Jannigje van Drunen (1823-1890), daughter of Antonie van Drunen (1794-1879), another son of Lucas van Drunen and Dingena Voordendag.
